Today, I have released the first prealpha release of ProForma on SourceForge. Since it is still in the very early stages of development, this release is intended for testing purposes only. I hope to get some feedback about the code structure and design, as well as any bugs that may exist.

The project is still a very long way from a stable release and my TODO list is quite long at the moment:

• Write docblocks and generate an API reference
• Write unit tests
• Write documentation
• Create a UML class diagram
• Add new field types (file, date, tinymce,…)
• A way to handle field arrays, i.e. field_name[]
• Additional validators
• Javascript implementation of simple validators
• Field options (inline text, etc.)
• Handle related fields
• AJAX related fields
